Information pursuant to art.13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and of the art.13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016

Pursuant to art.13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and art.13 of European legislation ("GDPR 679/2016"), we wish to inform you that the personal data provided by you will be treated in compliance of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations to which the Association is bound.

Purpose and nature of the processing

The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purpose: information activities by e-mail (e.g., news, updates, initiatives promoted by the Data Controller). Refusal to provide such data, will not allow us to manage the relationship with you.

Methods of processing and conservation

The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions art.29 and art.32 of the GDPR2016/679. Pursuant to art.5 GDPR2016/679, to contact you and provide the service, the Association reserves the right to keep your data as long as you remain a member of the same or unless otherwise indicated by you.

Communication and dissemination scope

We inform you that the data collected will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except when it is required by law or an authority.

User's rights 

At any time, pursuant to art.7 of the Privacy Code and articles15-22 of the GDPR2016/679, you can exercise the right to:

1. request confirmation of the existence of your personal data;

2. request information on the purposes of the processing;

3. request the modification of your personal data (i.e., update or correct them when necessary);

4. request the deletion of your personal data from our storage (when it is no longer required to provide a service).

Data Controller/Processor of the processing

The Data Controller is the Associazione Culturale Ricreativa Santa Maria del Ponte. The Data Processor is the President of the association.
